Kylye Byrd
A graduate of Spartanburg Community College, Kylye is an experienced trainer and communicator with 15
years of success developing and executing strategies that drive results and engagement.
Capable of managing internal and external events, she has experience presenting information in public, to groups, or via electronic media. Kylye actively volunteers supporting Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes and Domestic Violence support in Spartanburg County.
Deborah has served the Spartanburg Community for over 30 years and is the vision driver for the Spartanburg Success Center.
She currently serves as lead Chaplain of the Spartanburg City Police department. She has coordinated and lead outreach to the underserved populations of Spartanburg including teaching life skills within our minority housing communities and focusing on the needs of veterans and seniors.
Deborah is the founder of Operation Restoration, a Welcome Home Veterans Transitional Program and transition shelter for Homeless Veterans. Deborah earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Voorhees University and an associate degree in biblical studies from Evangel Bible College. She is the Senior Pastor of New Testament Church in Spartanburg SC.
James has spent his life sowing into others success, including serving as a former Spartanburg County public school teacher/band director for district 2. He was an Associate Pastor at Evangel Cathedral church in Spartanburg, South Carolina and has Served as music director for the prestigious Dr. Martin Luther Celebration for the city of Spartanburg for over 30 years.
A professional tour musician for several years, he toured with many well-known entertainers. For over 12 years he was responsible for helping thousands of individuals to obtain gainful employment in the transportation industry serving as a recruiter/Public Relations Representative for the Alliance Corporation. James was honored by the city of Spartanburg as the volunteer of the year in 2008 and recently, inducted into the famous Spartanburg Music Trail. He is married to Jonni Reese and has two children and two grandchildren.
Ralph has extensive experience in planning, production and maintenance services. He was CEO/President of the Inner-city Development Corporation, in Fort Pierce Florida. Additionally, he has served in various capacities for the MMANTEC Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. He also has experience in the security industry, working for Nissi Global Security Corporation in Spartanburg, South Carolina as the Director of Operations and is an entrepreneur and small business owner of TERRIER SECURITY, located here in Spartanburg County; Boiling Springs, South Carolina.
Rosella is founder and director of Metro Hope for Kids whose mission is to make a difference in the lives of boys and girls around the world. She is also President of Ridings Ministries International and has lived in five different countries working with people of many different cultures, building ministries and facilities.
She has also lived in Spartanburg and is aware of the need for the Success Center of Spartanburg. In December, 2023, Metro Hope For Kids completed a beautiful three-story orphanage for girls in Nagaland, India.
